Jaz was awesome. They were thorough, gentle, and really made me feel comfortable. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for awhile, and when I’ve gotten massages from other providers in the past, it’s hurt. Jaz worked on the areas where I’ve felt pain the most and my massage was relaxing and painless. High recommend! Definitely coming back.

Highly recommend! Jaz has created a safe, welcoming space to fully unwind in. After our sessions, I feel relaxed, open, and like I've been on the most calming journey. I've had lots of bodywork/massage before, but Jaz's sessions are their own magic sauce. Besides being knowledgeable about what they do (I learn something new each session), Jaz is an active listener and a creative thinker who cares for their clients as complete people. 12/10, can't wait to come back!

Everytime Jaz has worked on my body, I feel so much relief the next day. They have such gentle hands but they do deep work. I feel very held and cared for during our sessions. The massage helps me manage my chronic pain. Jaz has given me techniques to use at home on myself which has empowered me in my healing.

I’m literally moving my neck 360 while listening to 360. My neck feels dramatically better compared to how sore it was following my long flight and layover 2 days ago. Will definitely be coming back. I like that there’s a self-reflective component, and Jaz focuses on which areas are most needed.

Absolutely wonderful session! I’m a massage therapist myself, and I came to see Jaz feeling very achy and sore, with discomfort in my muscles and my joints. Jaz listens to your concerns attentively and compassionately, and they know how to get to the heart of the issue for lasting relief. I see them monthly for my own self-care (us LMT’s need massages, too!) and I highly recommend them and their work!

Every single session with Good Moon Bodywork is amazing!! Jazz is trauma informed and deeply intentional in the care they provide. I am someone who has had significant and debilitating migraines for most of my life, and since getting regular lymphatic drainage massage, the frequency has drastically decreased. I am so grateful for everything Jazz does and offers.

I had such a great experience with Jaz at Good Moon Bodywork. I booked a lymphatic massage not really knowing what to expect, but she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything with so much care and knowledge. She’s seriously magic—by the end, I felt lighter, less puffy, and so much more in tune with my body. It was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Can’t recommend her enough.
