I recently had a remedial and lymphatic drainage massage with Lauren and had an amazing experience. She was very attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I had a combo of a deep tissue massage on my neck, shoulders and back as well as a lymphatic massage and both were excellent. I’m a regular and Sophie is always professional, attentive, and really focuses on the areas causing tension. I’m always left feeling looser and more relaxed in my neck, shoulders and back. The clinic is always clean and calming. I highly recommend a visit!

I recently had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Lauren, and it was an incredible experience! I was a bit nervous going in since I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Lauren truly has hands of gold. She made me feel completely at ease, creating such a calming atmosphere allowing me to fully relax. The results after the massage were amazing, I felt lighter, more energised, & just overall better. I’ve been seeing Sophie for close to 7 years. I found most massages aren’t firm enough, but Sophie is great. In my first paid session (had a massage through work first), I told Sophie not to worry about a knot in my shoulder as it has been there for years and no one can get rid of it. She was determined, and after 3 trigger point massage sessions, she managed to release it. Hence why I’ve been doing her for 7 years. Thanks, Sophie.

I absolutely love seeing Lauren. I’ve been going to her religiously every fortnight since August 2025 and now I literally book my appointments for the entire year in advance. Whether it’s a lymphatic massage or a beautiful remedial massage, I always leave feeling incredible. The warmth and comfort of her home studio is honestly unmatched. From the second you walk in, the ambience is just so calming and relaxing. I genuinely look forward to every appointment jumping into that warm bed and completely switching off. Lauren is absolutely amazing at what she does. I absolutely love my lymphatic massages with her. Not only is she completely qualified and so knowledgeable but she also makes you feel welcomed. The ladies there are very friendly, just lovely service. They have a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Nice relaxing background music. They really know what they are doing. I had a very bad aching back and can barely move my lower back before I had my massage but thanks to Julie she fixed it. I feel so relaxed after. Slept like a baby.

I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant and have been feeling built up swelling in face. Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely safe and supported throughout the session. The massage itself was gentle & relaxing. Within hours, I noticed a visible reduction in puffiness and felt lighter and more comfortable overall. Not only did it help with the swelling, but it also improved my sleep and gave me a much needed moment of calm. I’ve already booked my next session! I can’t recommend this enough.

Definitely one of the best massages I've ever had! The spa is very nice and the staff even nicer! The massage I got was he Hilot with cupping and it was fantastic! Gina did an excellent job! Will definitely be going back!

I highly recommend Body Therapy Studio, not only was my experience very relaxing, I already see amazing results from just one session, there is a visible lift in my face from the lymphatic drainage massage. I feel so refreshed and feeling great afterwards.
