Hands down one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Olena was excellent and I felt like a brand new person after my massage. Clean and relaxing space, and she is very friendly! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to go!

I 10/10 recommend this place and especially with with Laura J and Suki Y! They were so nice and gave such great service!! The one hour facial and scalp massage felt way longer because they were just so thorough with everything! Very relaxing atmosphere and environment! These ladies know exactly what they’re doing! You’re not only getting a facial and scalp massage but they also give little shoulder, hand and arm massages in-between! They also blow dry your hair for you after! For my first spa experience they made it a 10/10 and I will come back!! 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

First time here and had a great experience! The staff was extremely friendly and the facility was very clean. Very cute place. I highly recommend their services. I even traveled 30 minutes from northwest side of Chicago.

Having had many massages, Segii ranks above them all. Powerful hands with positive energy, intuitive sense for finding trouble areas and treating them. Both relaxing and therapeutic. Top quality massage, worth the price, will definitely be coming back again on a regular basis.

I’ve been coming to Elegance Nail & Spa since it opened many years ago and the service is always great. The salon itself is very clean and the prices are amazing! The staff that did my nails were both great incredibly talented and kind. I now live in Chicago but try to stop into Elegance whenever I am in town!

Diana has a magic touch. The treatment included a soothing scalp cleanse, warm water therapy, and an incredibly relaxing massage that melted all my stress away. She paid close attention to pressure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My scalp felt refreshed, my hair was soft and shiny, and I left feeling deeply relaxed and recharged.

I had an amazing experience! The massage was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed. The therapist was professional, attentive, and made sure to focus on the areas where I had the most tension. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, with soft music that helped me unwind completely. Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

Exactly what I needed, Left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. Friendly and professional environment. Yuli gave me the most relaxing massage of my life, I almost fell asleep at the table. Would choose siesta over any of the big chain massage spas every time.

Olena is the best massage therapist I know. I have been going to her for years and just love her. She customizes her massages based on my needs and always remembers what I need the most. She has a great balance between deep tissue and relaxation, leaving me feeling stretched, toned and completely relaxed. I love that I can count on going into a trance/deep sleep every time she gives me a message. That is the telltale sign of a great masseuse!!

I had the most relaxing experience while there. I did a massage with Natalia, the infrared sauna and then the salt cave. I loved it all but the salt cave was my favorite. At the end of it all it was the perfect way to relax and soak everything in. The guided meditation I listened to and the blanket they provided made it even more enjoyable! I will definitely be back !

I treated myself to a head spa today and it was such an indulgent, deeply relaxing experience. As the treatment began, my body melted into a state of calm, and once everything was in place, the relaxation was immediate. The massage during the treatment was absolutely incredible — soothing, grounding, and incredibly calming. I felt so relaxed that I had to stop myself from drifting off to sleep. It was the perfect blend of care, comfort, and restoration, and I left feeling refreshed and completely at ease. Highly recommend for anyone looking to truly unwind.

Had a massage with Alexa, she was nice and attentive, made sure the amount of pressure felt good- it was so relaxing I dozed off twice! That was probably the first time ever out of many massages from other people and places. What helped: minimal talking, warm bed, perfect pressure that allowed me to get into a meditative zone and relax. Didn’t want it to end, very nourishing for the nervous system and soul. Will be back. We had appointments for a 2-hour head spa with either a facial or back massage (three of us in total). The service was excellent, and we all felt deeply relaxed afterward. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it.
