I got the Immortal facial treatment from Lee and she was fantastic, as always! As icing on cake, I got the best deep tissue massage by Laila in the same session. I could not recommend Spa elements more if you are looking for pampering and relaxation, whether you are a local like me, or visiting Coffs. I have been visiting Spa Elements for years and have found their service, whether it be a relaxing elemental massage or any of the beautiful facial treatments, to be consistently excellent, professional and gentle where necessary. Visiting House of Soma is like stepping into a little sanctuary. It is a restorative and cosy space where your wellbeing is truly at the heart of every treatment. Their intuitive approach always leaves me feeling deeply nurtured, supported, and completely blissful. Ruby’s lymphatic drainage massages have delivered incredible results for me, and Mikaela’s remedial massage and Neosculpting are equally amazing. I always leave feeling lighter, restored, and can’t recommend House of Soma highly enough.

I have been using Shannon services since she moved to Coffs harbour. Each time I walk through the doors no matter what is going on in my life or hers I feel relaxed. You are always greated with the most amazing smile, the team there are friendly and welcoming. Shannon just knows the countless times I have said I am in your capable hands and she has always hooned in on what ever the issues are within my body. I leave like I am on a cloud. I can't recommend Shannon highly enough. She is an absolute goddess.

I had epidermal leveling plus my brows and lashes done by Rhiannon today and I couldn’t be happier. She is amazing at what she does and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. The whole experience was so relaxing, my skin feels incredibly soft and smooth, and my brows and lashes look absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend Rhiannon!

The best service , fantastic massage ,very relaxing ,I have rebooked I loved it so much .It feels so good having the inside of your mouth massaged , sounds odd but we are all so tense these days , it releases so much tension .

Shannon truly has magic hands. I’ve had many massages over the years, and hers are easily the best I’ve ever experienced. I see her monthly now and genuinely wouldn’t miss an appointment for anything. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she’s also kind, caring, compassionate, and always makes you feel completely comfortable and looked after. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better both physically and mentally. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I received the most exceptional facial today and was blown away by the attention to detail and quality of care. Rhianon customised each step to suit my skin concerns, and the added services — including a heavenly shoulder/neck massage, a hydrating mask, and warm towel therapy — took the experience to the next level. The room was calming, the products smelled amazing, and the results were immediate. My skin feels soft, refreshed, and visibly brighter. A five-star experience from beginning to end.

I've been going to The Body Palette for a few years now and each time I leave I feel relaxed and refreshed. I love that she offers lots of different treatments so I can just go to the one place. Rhiannon is so lovely and I love the little personal touches she puts into her treatments. Can't wait for my next appointment for my nails :)

I had such a wonderful experience! The facial left my skin feeling so fresh, glowing, and hydrated. The lash extensions look absolutely stunning—natural but with the perfect amount of volume. Everything was done with so much care and attention to detail, and the whole treatment felt relaxing from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend all services!

I had the lymphatic massage and it was absolutely amazing. It was so different to what I’d seen all over social media about lymphatic drainage, and in the best way. Ruby’s care throughout the treatment was incredible, and the whole experience was so calming. Although it’s not what I went for, I’m shocked by the difference in my tummy from the before and after photos.

I had the new myofascial treatment yesterday and it was exactly what I needed for my neck, jaw and headaches. So much care goes into the whole experience, and the heated electric blanket was perfect on such a cold winter day. She was so intuitive throughout the treatment, and I left feeling so relaxed. I’ve already rebooked and am recommending it to all my friends!
