Ashima was great and focussed on exactly what I needed. After suffering with a migraine for days she has helped relieve the tension in my head, neck and shoulders. The massage was very relaxing and I would definitely recommend. My only note of feedback would be to have some gentle music playing to help the mind relax as much as the body.
