The back wax was done thoroughly with great attention to detail, and Sonia was careful to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I had a powder brow touch up and although the procedure was a bit uncomfortable, Chandre made me feel relaxed. She explained the reason for discomfort and tried to put me at ease through the whole process. She also made sure that I was happy with the end result.
