I forgot the young lady's name, she had (two ponytails) she was super nice and she was fast but gentle I think ilshe should pull the wax a lil faster so it doesn't hurt as much and have folks be on time, my appt was for 10:30 I wasn't seen til about 10:50 and I was late for work! But overall for my 2nd time here my experience was pleasant ☺️

7/9/26.......Today was my first time EVER getting a Brazilian! TENESHA was awesome and walked me through and explained everything to me. We were talking and laughing the whole time! Im not gonna lie....I was SCARED, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. My nerves made me feel it more. It was more of a dull, pressure feeling, but definitely tolerable. I will definitely be back! My eyebrows have always been kinda thin, so I was always doing my makeup to make my eyebrows pop. I got so over it and had to find a good place to get my eyebrows semi-permanently done. I've been going to Ibeauty for the last 3 years, and they're the best! I really love EVERYTHING about this place. From the entrance, is cute, neat and the customer service is amazing. You can have nails done, TOX, facials, hair treatments, skinny shots, eyebrows and lip micro pigmentation, massages & my fav: IV vitamins cocktail. Mireya knows how to make you feel amazing and the girls are really attentive to detail. The best part, is very affordable for all of us hard working ladies. It’s a little gem! I received good service. My only issue was that the wax was too hot. I told the waxer but the service continued. What should have happened was to probably turn down the wax heat after I said the wax was too hot instead of continuing. But I needed it done so I just pressed through it.
