My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. I've always had a love/hate relationship with my eyebrows. Until Kamila transformed them.... I went in for powder brows and from the first consultation Kamila put my mind at ease, thorough discussion regarding shape and colour, aftercare and what to expect from the treatment. My only issue is that I didn't do it sooner!!

I was very nervous and had waited a long time to take the leap to semi permanent make up. Kamila was reassuring and explained everything thoroughly. She took time in my initial consultation to explain about the process and we looked at colours and when my appointment for my brows arrived I felt completely safe in her chair and actually can’t believe I waited so long to do this! I am thrilled with the results (and the extra time I will have every morning now I don’t have to draw on my eyebrows!) I would highly recommend Kamila.

Kamila prior and during my appointment was not only professional but very informative, answering all questions I had about the treatment which straight away put me at ease. I am totally blown away by the exceptional service I received from Kamila for my treatment of power brows. Right from my patch test to treatment day. I was made to feel welcome in this clean calm and relaxing atmosphere. She talked me right through the treatment process, from what she was doing to mapping my brows out and colour. She made sure I was happy by constantly showing me the shape, before she proceeded. Right to the end she took time to talk me through the after care and what to expect until my top up appointment in a few weeks.

I love visiting select. The staff are chilled and friendly. They don't mind who you go with for treatments as long as you're relaxed. They're highly trained & knowledgeable and happy to chat or be quiet if I'm zoned out. The facials and hot oil massages are gorgeous, but don't plan anything afterwards because you'll be so relaxed! They're brow experts. It's not easy finding people you trust who are consistently good. For electrolysis, they're the best in York, I tried 3 other places before finding Joanne. The location is easy to find and has free parking.

Victoria was super friendly and welcoming. As we were in York for my daughters wedding we didn’t know where to get a hair up do and purely went off reviews. Victoria is excellent at up dos and 3 of us were more than happy with the end result. We would all 100% recommend her. You will not be disappointed I promise

I had a lovely session with Lauren this afternoon in her beautiful salon. Had eyebrow tint and wax with a bit of added Botox. I also had a very relaxing Dermaplane. I would highly recommend Lauren she is so professional and very friendly.

Fantastic facial today along with LED light facial, eye brow tint and wax. Lauren was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease through out the whole treatment. My face has never felt better! She was amazing and it was extremely relaxing and enjoyable! I highly recommend!
