I had a lovely Gel Pedi & Eyebrow Wax & Tint & BIAB Gel Fingers with Seren. She followed my natural brow shape, communicated my preference before starting the treatment, leaving them smooth and fresh but subtle. (I am SO fussy with my brows). Seren is another credit to the lovely Glow Family. ❤️🧡 I don't think any of the staff have ever left me feeling disappointed in over 5 years. 🧡❤️

Absolutely fabulous service from Tracy as always! I’ve wanted my brows done for YEARS and was both excited and a little nervous. She took so much time making sure that the outlines and shape were perfect with pencil before we committed to the permanent method. I’m so pleased with the results and I can’t wait to wake up with fresh eyebrows every day!

I've been struggling to find someone who can shape my eyebrows well, I've constantly left other beauticians feeling disappointed after feeling like they rushed the shaping. Really pleased with my experience today for first time getting Powder brows. The therapist was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job with helping me to achieve the brow look I was going for. She had bespoke recommendations to help achieve a more symmetrical and natural brow look and I am very pleased with the results - wish I had gotten them done sooner! She applied lots of numbing cream beforehand and I barely felt a thing getting them done. Always feel very well taken care of when I visit and would recommend highly to anyone considering a treatment from here. Thankyou!

Katie is a true professional and so knowledgeable when it comes to skincare. I have a range of appointments with her including peels, facials, hd brows and lvl lashes and she is a perfectionist at all. In the run up to my wedding she transformed my skin with a series of peels and facials. Her new studio is gorgeous, she has created a space which is so welcoming and calming. ❤️

Kelly was professional and knowledgeable about the treatment. Laser for thread vein removal on my leg. It is a bit painful but seems very effective after only one treatment. The cost is a fraction of the salons in the city centre offering the same treatment.
