My brows are perfectly shaped and tinted, my skin is smooth, and my lashes look beautifully lifted and tinted. The staff was professional and the results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! Nails are spot on as always, loving the new shape and cannot believe what great condition they are in thanks to Nicolas expertise. First time I've had my brows waxed as I used to get them threaded elsewhere, never again, Nicolas worked her magic and they are the best shape they've ever been. This girl seriously knows her stuff and she is so gentle, didn't feel anything. I am so glad snd grateful I found Nicola, I wouldn't go anywhere else (sorry you're stuck with me and my crazy stories!) and would be happy to recommend her to anyone. Top drawer, best around 👌.

Met Gemma for the first time today for a waxing appointment. She is so welcoming and kind, puts you straight at ease from the get go. The Nook is exactly what it sounds, a little haven of self care where you feel so well looked after it would be hard not to relax! Gemma explained the whole process throughout to ensure I felt comfortable and the wax itself was second to none - she is an absolute perfectionist. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her - I already have my next appointment in the book.
