Great salon, there is a lovely atmosphere that instantly makes you feel welcome. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, including Jade the owner who leads by example. They make you feel so welcome and I've always been VERY happy with my nails, eye brow and lashes (LVL) I can't recommend this salon highly enough. Keep up the good work ladies 😀

Ive had 5 treatments of the age resist facial..so happy with the results and what a relaxing facial this is..the shoulder massage eased all my aches and pains..Tracey is brilliant and puts so much into having a great experience..the facial itself was refreshing and relaxing..so happy with the results..would highly recommend!

Incredible experience with both my wax with Cam and also my lashes from Georgia! Could not be happier and with the results, how comfortable I felt especially for waxing on my first visit, I felt like I had known Cam forever and could have chatted to her for days, such a beautiful, interesting and strong lady! My lashes with Georgia, she did the best job, exactly how I described them, she was so lovely too even though it’s not a treatment you really chat in, but I felt totally confident I was going to get great results and I did! Tracey is so welcoming and friendly! Had a wonderful massage and eyebrow tint/wax. Her little studio is gorgeous (and her puppy too!)

Courteney was lovely, explained everything as going through. Made me feel relaxed and happy with my piercing 🙂

Ive had henna brows in there previously by Mia which were really good and i just felt comfortable in there. Ive had facials previously but nothing compared to fhe million dollar facial i had with Jade it was amazing and my face feels beautiful and glowing for once. Everything is also such good value for money in there and after coming in once i knew i would want to go in for other treatments and you can moreless get everything under one roof 🩵

I love my pamper session at zen! It's such a great vibe in the salon and the ladies are just wonderful. I have had bunch of treatment from Jade, Liv and Belle from lashes, nails to eyebrows and they all do such a amazing job ♥️ I am so chuffed that I had found somewhere were I can have a fun but also relaxing at the same time. The variety of treatment is incredible and being able to get what I want done under one roof is so convenient too. I just can't wait for my next pamper at zen. If I was a beauty technician this is the place I would want to work Xx
