The appointment experience is also really relaxed Jaz is such an easy going happy to chat character who immediately makes you feel welcome. Kat is the best. I never like facials before I met Kat and now I find them uplifting, relaxing and my skin looks and feels fantastic. I work outside but I always come out glowing.
