Amazing! Love love love my hair, the colour is perfect. The atmosphere is welcoming, fun vibe, great music, friendly staff. Brow shape and tint - originally I booked in for lamination too but at my patch test appointment, Eliza noted a few things from my form. As I am breastfeeding, Eliza looked into the current advice for beauty professionals regarding lamination, and I did my own research. I decided not to go ahead with the lamination, but Eliza was happy to change my appointment to just a shape and tint, ensuring I was happy and my treatment was safe for me and my baby. Eliza is lovely and made sure I liked my brows at each step of the appointment. Her treatment space is clean, welcoming and relaxing.

I was last at Jenny’s in 2019 but even then the experience was amazing and it hasn’t changed. Went for wax during week and ended up booked in again today for henna brows. Carol and Alex are both welcoming and lovely to chat to, and importantly know their stuff. Carol gave me loads of advice about my eyebrows then made my non existent eyebrows look defined. I sometimes find beauty salons uncomfortable but definitely not the case with this place. Would highly recommend x

First time I'd been to a proper beauty parlour to have my Eyebrows waxed and it was wonderful. Very welcoming. The lady who did my brows did the best I've ever had them done. No going back to the eyebrow people in the Mall for me, its Jennys all the way! Loved the relaxing music too, thanks ladies X

Dee ensured adequate time for analgesic cream to take effect, polite, professional and informative in answering my questions to support me to make choices of shape and colour. Lovely and clean treatment space as always, appropriate covid-19 precautions being followed with no impact on treatment delivery and quality.

First time visiting Sophie to get mine and my daughters eyebrows down and we will definitely be back! I got Hybrid eyebrows done and my daughter got a wax and tint. Sophie asked lots of questions to make sure she new what it was we wanted colour wise and shape and she did an amazing job! She was so knowledgeable and gave great aftercare advice. Highly recommend!
