I couldn't believe how methodical she was and she really strived to get my brows perfect, despite me having an awkward scar on my eyebrow to contend with! Love my eyebrows. Up to a couple of months ago, I daren’t pluck up courage to go, as I didn’t want to have big bold brows. Maisie is so reassuring, with style and colour, just for me. I look forward to going each time now.

Amazing experience with Imogen, I had a bespoke 1 hour facial with scalp and neck massage, lash tint, eyebrow shape and tint, i love them!! Left feeling relaxed and fabulous!

Trying out the Korean lash lift for the first time and Imogen couldn’t have been better, she talked me through the entire thing, explaining every step and checking in with me throughout. I also got the brow shape and maintenance and I am in love with both results.

My appointment was just for a colour top up for my lips, I asked if I could go more of a natural but due to having a lot of peach in and only a top up appointment Crystal showed me a colour palate, I said similar to that one If you can! I don’t have fillers and at 59 I do t really have lips and I asked her to go above my lip line a few years ago to make my lips appear as if they are there. 2nd top up appointment and omg my lips are what I had wanted, amazing work 👍 perfect in every way to say I had lost all shape. I don’t have. Natural quip-ids brow, Crystal made one I am so happy :))
