I’m super picky with my eyebrows, I’ve been getting my brows waxed with Phoebe for about a year and she smashes it every single time. You can tell she really cares about what she does by how much time and care she takes to get them absolutely right. Plus, the salon is beautiful and relaxing. 10/10 never cheating on my brow lady🤝🏻

My first time visiting Phoebe. I walked in with eyebrows that had been butchered by a previous professional, had taken months to grow back, were uneven and I wasn’t sure if anything could be done on this first visit.Phoebe was so lovely and professional, made me feel really comfortable. She mapped out my eyebrows, explained the process, I then had them shaped and tinted and oh my goodness, I’ve got the best eyebrows I’ve ever had! She was extremely gentle and thorough with meticulous eye for detail. I was so happy when she showed them to me I could have cried. I will not go anywhere else now!

I have quite sensitive skin and found Carla to take extra care and also gave me honest advice. I had an eyelash lift, tint and also eyebrow tint and the end results were fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I have also had gel nails in the past which were very artistically done.

Leah was great - super friendly, took her time and care doing my nails. She is clearly passionate about what she does. I am really happy with my nails. Absolutely loved my pamper session. I had a massage (to encourage lymphatic drainage), I had a facial & eyebrow wax. Steph made me feel comfortable despite my mobility issues and treated me with respect. Steph made sure nothing was causing me any discomfort and targeted problem areas. The facial was amazing, so relaxing and refreshing. Steph’s knowledge about the treatments and what works best for different problems was exemplary. Thank you so much Steph, I will definitely be back soon.

Shannon is amazing at shaping brows, and understanding what works for individuals. I had an amazing lash lift, and henna brows. She did them perfectly, and I would highly recommend her. Put my back out this morning, and called Aura room. They were amazing and gave me an appointment at 12.30 and charged at standard price, no higher rate for short notice appointment. Also got 20% discount as live in Brill and first visit. I was made to feel very comfortable and I found the feedback on the condition of my back, very informative.
