The staff were kind, friendly and attentive. They took the time to find out what I liked and wanted and when I asked they offered suggestions/options. The environment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Had a wonderful experience with Julie who was very welcoming, lovely and talented. My natural brows have been non existent for a long time and I was struggling to find a solution for making sure i have eyebrows for an upcoming life event and that they look natural and beautiful. Julie was amazing and took time to assess what's best for me and map my brows before tattooing. I've never been to any beauty places and wasnt sure to expect, but Julie put me at ease, explained the process very clearly, and spent time getting to know me and what i want with my eyebrows. I had a full leg wax done with Sandy. Right off the bat, I liked the vibe of the salon, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Sandy was great, you can tell she’s very good at what she does and I felt like I was in great hands. She did a great job with my legs, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
