Grainne is wonderful and has a real gift doing this work. I went for fertility reflexology and I felt a transformation during our first session, and was so surprised by this experience that it stayed with me. The word I would use to describe my experience is Blissful. Grainne was so welcoming , she made me feel so comfortable and at ease for my first visit I will definitely be back for more....thank you so much Grainne for your tender care . I had the full head to toe face and feet reflexology and fell into a deep state of relaxation almost immediately. I felt nourished and rejuvenated afterwards. I would highly recommend a visit to Grainne in her beautiful relaxation hub. Sarah

I have a very sore neck and shoulder. Liliana was great she worked to ease my neck, face and shoulder. Checking in all the time to see that the pressure wasn’t too strong . I would definitely recommend

Had an invigorating treatment with Jennifer this morning, couldn’t think of a better way to spend a morning post sea swim, sauna and plunge pool session. First time having facial reflexology, I could easily feel the stress melting away :) my body also feels free of tension after the massage :) il be back again for another visit , Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming :)
