Sharnnie is AMAZING!!!!!! I was diagnosed with fibro over 6 years ago, instead of managing with a cocktail of pills l decided to look at my lifestyle. Reflexology is a recent discovery, Sharnnie is the only person l have been too, and will be the ONLY person l will EVER go to. Sharnnie is helping me build a toolkit to survive the flare-ups and tackle everyday life, its a working process. After 6 sessions, the toolkit and reviewing my lifestyle, we are both happy with how my body is responding. Its a journey for me, but so glad l found Sharnnie to keep me company xx

Sharnnie is amazing. I was struggling with both mental and physical health and thought I’d give reflexology a go - I was honestly blown away by how well I responded. The night after my first session with Sharnnie, I had my record amount of ‘deep sleep’ stage on my Apple Watch which I’d had hardly any of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sharnnie, she is so kind and knowledgable and puts you at easy straight away.

Excellent service at my first reflexology appointment and treatment Extremely knowledgeable.

Just had the most wonderful reflexology with Sharnie and she's given me some wonderful tips to optimize my health.

Reflexology session with Sharnnie was really good and she is so knowledgeable and I feel so much better even after just 2 sessions. The mini facial was also so relaxing and good. I would definitely recommend reflexology with Sharnnie.

One word to describe the journey I’ve been on with the reflexology treatments from Sharnnie - transformative. I’ve been seeing her for several months and along with the treatments, she also gives tested advice. With any suggestions given, there is never any pressure to adopt - she’s just gentle and kind. Her treatments and suggestions have transformed my health. Although there is still a way to go, more progress has been made in the past months than for several years. I will always be grateful to her for her treatments, expertise and kindness.

Calming , relaxing , she is so knowledgeable in her field . Offers very good advice . Felt calm and relaxed 😊
