I had an amazing experience at Time to Float. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. The float session itself was incredibly relaxing and helped me switch off from everyday stress. The facilities were spotless, and everything was explained clearly before I started. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and genuinely recharged. I would highly recommend Time to Float to anyone looking to relax, improve their wellbeing, or simply take some time for themselves. I was gifted a 'time to float' package for my birthday and can honestly say it was brilliant from start to finish. Having never done anything like this before, I was a little nervous but the man who spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable - he put me at ease straight away. The rooms were clean (and private) and equipped with showers (including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel). The tank itself was clean and inviting and I booked an infra red sauna to follow. As someone who suffers with back pain and trapped nerves, this treatment really was a 'treat'.

My third visit and I absolutely love this place, so welcoming , friendly and clean. I have had pain in my shoulders for months and doing the floatation therapy and infrared sauna has eased off the pain.

Thank you for a unique experience. Ben was friendly and welcoming he explained the whole process before the experience started, how best to lie, how it works, safety issues etc The unit was immaculately clean, fresh and inviting. The experience was so calming you can choose whether to have the lights on or off. I was so relaxed and dropped off to sleep to be woken gently by the sound of waves and seagulls, signalling the session was over. I will definitely return, would recommend. Many thanks

It was fantastic. Enjoyed peace and quite and how my muscles relaxed. Had a sauna after, which was a perfect ending for me time! Feeling like on a cloud😀

I’ve been suffering with really painful shoulders for quite a while now and even a really deep tissue massage hasn’t released them .The floatation and sauna experience has completely loosened all my pain ! What a relief !!
