I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

I just had the most amazing foot reflexology session with Erika! She worked on specific points on my feet that connect to different parts of my body, and I could literally feel the tension melting away. And you know what? I slept like a baby that night – something I haven't done in ages. Erika's expertise and care made the experience truly exceptional. I'm definitely going to make this a regular treat for myself! 🤩

I had a reflexology treatment. Steph was warm and welcoming, the treatment was just what I needed to relax, the lavender eye mask was a nice addition. I would recommend to others.

I would recommend Erika as I have had a great experience. She is very professional and knowledgeable, explains everything during the process, she has eased out my lower back muscle pain. Very delighted with the outcome. Thank you!

An exceptional service that goes beyond expectations! Erika is incredibly skilled—not only did listen attentively to my concerns, but also tailored the session perfectly to meet my recovery needs. The technique was spot on, targeting deep tissue tension and leaving me feeling revitalised and pain-free. I especially appreciated how Erika explained each step and checked in throughout to ensure I was comfortable. Since the session, I've noticed a marked improvement in flexibility and a major reduction in soreness. I'll definitely be coming back!
