My partner had a hot stone full body massage today with Clare and has had nothing but praise about it. He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Clare was lovely and if we are in Nottingham again at some point we will be booking another.

Kaye was incredibly friendly and welcoming! I've never done any reflexology before, but she was very thorough in explaining the process and making me feel comfortable. The treatment was gentle, so relaxing and she flagged up an issue pretty quickly(I was amazed!!) Thank you Kaye 🤗

This was my first experience of reflexology and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than my appointment with Gemma. She was incredibly caring, attentive, and thorough with understanding how reflexology could help me. Her space is cosy, calm, and warm with blankets and a weighted eye mask. The treatment was extremely relaxing and I came round feeling refreshed like I’d just had the best night’s sleep! I felt like the tension and stress I was holding in my body had melted away. Anyone who is sceptical or not sure what reflexology can do for you, go and see Gemma and you’ll be amazed!

kaye completely placed me at ease as soon as I walked through the door and fully explained what the procedure reflexology lymph drainage and the process was, suffering from headaches and sinusitis the procedure was perfect from me, I left kaye feeling much better, relaxed and pain free. Every time I visit for any treatments it's great , I see Claire for reflexology and recki and see Joe for back massage. They are great at what they do and great prices as well . Not go anywhere else now since I found this place .
