On arrival at the riverside rooms, I was taken into a word of love and calmness. It's like a gemstone, a different world. Going into the treatment room full of beautiful music, incense burning and the sound of the wildlife outside it was a lovely atmosphere and I was having reflexology done, it was like being in a mother's womb. Safe and secure from the outside world. Carole talked through everything that she was doing very well and the meditation that Carole took me through was incredible. Nafisa is one of the most genuine and caring person I have ever met, I have been a regular customer for more than 10 years and I always feel lighter and more at peace within myself. Nafisa thoughtfully listened to me about my aches and pains, she then worked on those specific areas and focused on releasing the tension as well as helping me on my breathing. I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

My first appointment with Nasfia (Reflexology) and I will be returning! Very relaxing and calming experience. Nasfia pinpointed some muscle tension/stress and gave advice on how to manage.

I came for a massage and it was amazing. I feel wonderfully relaxed and balanced. I normally see Nafisa for reflexology which is always a fabulous experience. She has wonderful, healing hands and her garden room is very tranquil. I would highly recommend a visit!

Second time I’ve been to Nafisa for reflexology and I would highly recommend. Both times I’ve been in the evening after work and walked in feeling a little anxious and both times I’ve left feeling completely calm and slept really well that night. Short appointments available at good value but looking forward to treating myself to a longer one at some point.
