On arrival at the riverside rooms, I was taken into a word of love and calmness. It's like a gemstone, a different world. Going into the treatment room full of beautiful music, incense burning and the sound of the wildlife outside it was a lovely atmosphere and I was having reflexology done, it was like being in a mother's womb. Safe and secure from the outside world. Carole talked through everything that she was doing very well and the meditation that Carole took me through was incredible. I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

Carole came to my rescue when I hurt my back. She fitted me in last minute and worked miracles. I went in with my body completely wonky and so much pain, came out with almost normal posture and so much less pain! Wish we’d had before and after photos. Thank you so much Carole.

Carol has such a magical touch. All the stars were aligned today and it resulted in the most amazing facial and reflexology treatment from her. As soon as you enter the treatment room you feel enveloped in the calm atmosphere. At the end of my treatment I felt fully relaxed and de stressed. A special thank you to Carol who adapted brilliantly to a last minute request from me to have a facial, meaning she had to re arrange the couch and gather the relevant products together when she hadn’t planned for this. The experience I had was exceptional. Danielle was outstanding in her approach, and I must commend her expertise. As someone with curly hair, I often find it challenging to achieve the desired cut and style; however, Danielle handled my hair with great skill and finesse. I am thoroughly pleased with the results.

It's always a pleasure to be back at the Riverside Rooms for a treatment with Touching Lives. As soon as I walk down the steps and through the gate my whole body feels calmer and less tense simply knowing that Carole is about to give me yet another fantastically relaxing treatment! Today's 1.5 hour session was a combination of body massage, facial massage and reflexology, after which I relaxed for a while in the garden finishing my homemade turmeric, ginger and black pepper tea whilst being entertained by lovely Luna (her dog). Why oh why aren't Carole's treatments available on the NHS?!
