On arrival at the riverside rooms, I was taken into a word of love and calmness. It's like a gemstone, a different world. Going into the treatment room full of beautiful music, incense burning and the sound of the wildlife outside it was a lovely atmosphere and I was having reflexology done, it was like being in a mother's womb. Safe and secure from the outside world. Carole talked through everything that she was doing very well and the meditation that Carole took me through was incredible. I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

I have Parkinson’s disease. Carol is absolutely brilliant. Kind, supportive and very skilled. Had the most wonderful massage today. Stiffness and tightness in muscles was greatly relieved. Carol has a holistic approach which soothes body and mind. I always feel so relaxed during treatment. Can’t recommend her enough!

First time at Touching Lives and I will definitely come back. Carol was very welcoming, had the ability to make me feel closer than just a client , lovely chat and the massage was great as well as the whole ritual which makes the experience more unique. Carole is not only a wonderful therapist, she is an incredible lady. I had such a beautiful two hours with Carole; the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had, and reflexology for the first time. The environment is beautiful, calming and relaxing, and Carole expertly and warmly, guides you through how your treatment will go. I cannot recommend Carole enough and I will be back. Carol has such a magical touch. All the stars were aligned today and it resulted in the most amazing facial and reflexology treatment from her. As soon as you enter the treatment room you feel enveloped in the calm atmosphere. At the end of my treatment I felt fully relaxed and de stressed. A special thank you to Carol who adapted brilliantly to a last minute request from me to have a facial, meaning she had to re arrange the couch and gather the relevant products together when she hadn’t planned for this. She took everything in her stride. Thank you. I really appreciate it! 🤗

It's always a pleasure to be back at the Riverside Rooms for a treatment with Touching Lives. As soon as I walk down the steps and through the gate my whole body feels calmer and less tense simply knowing that Carole is about to give me yet another fantastically relaxing treatment! Today's 1.5 hour session was a combination of body massage, facial massage and reflexology, after which I relaxed for a while in the garden finishing my homemade turmeric, ginger and black pepper tea whilst being entertained by lovely Luna (her dog). Why oh why aren't Carole's treatments available on the NHS?!
