Would highly recommend to anyone looking for massage therapies. I am currently 40 weeks pregnant and have had 2 reflexology sessions with Emily, which have been amazing and relaxing. She made me feel at ease from the get go and really took her time explaining how reflexology works and what to expect after a session. I would definitely be going back postpartum!!!

I’m new to reflexology and had an initial consultation and treatment with Emily. The space itself is a wonderful haven, with calming music, very comfortable heated bed and a snuggly blanket. The treatment itself was magical and exceeded all expectations. I felt myself unwinding completely from the first moments, through the combination of foot massage and pressure point focus. It’s hard to put into words how transporting and blissful I found it; I feel that the benefits will stay with me well into the next hours and evening ahead. Fully recommend. Thank you Emily!

My first time having lymphatic drainage massage, Andrea was very welcoming & explained everything. It was so relaxing with soft light movement. Would recommend.

I fully recommend this type of therapy. You can control the level of pain and how uncomfortable it gets. Everyone I have spoken to is so nice you immediately wish they were your friends. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed no sudden shocks or surprises I am sure together we are going repair the harm done by the NHS due to neglecting me and not giving me the physio when I needed it. Try it and you will see you feel so much better you will not be sorry you tried it.

Lovely reflexology, I felt deeply relaxed.

Had a lovely foot reflexology today, this was my first visit, lovely experience, very relaxing and I found it fascinating to relate feelings in the feet to known issues with my body

I have had previous sessions with both Claire & Emily and both are equally great at what they do. This time I opted for the Cranial & Reflexology 90 minute combination which was well needed & really relaxing. Thank you again & I will definitely be back again soon.

Lovely studio set up. Emily was so welcoming and the reflexology was so relaxing. She gave me additional bits to try at home too. Baby hasn’t arrived yet but it worked at relaxing me for sure
