Amazing visit. When Emma wrote bespoke she wasn't kidding. Every aspect of treatment is carried out with the individual in mind, which is an amazing advantage of seeing a qualified and independent therapist. Emma took the time to understand what I was looking to achieve, and was happy to work with me on my goals.

I had reflexology and Reiki with Ruth at of tranquility. It was a truly relaxing and peaceful experience. The treatment room is beautiful and Ruth is kind and welcoming. Afterwards I had the best nights sleep I have had in ages and have felt energized and alert all day. Highly recommend .

Tranquility achieved! Before my treatment I was sceptical about the benefits of reflexology. Afterwards I couldn't believe how refreshed and relaxed I was. Ruth is a thorough, thoughtful and compassionate therapist; I was completely at ease in the lovely surroundings. Ruth's NHS background and training gave me the confidence to book my first treatment and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Great as always, lovely massage scent made up to my requirements. Almost nodded off a few times during my full body massage which was total bliss, felt so relaxed afterwards and also had Daoyin massage on head and neck which was lovely xxx

Had an amazing relaxing massage yesterday, at 1 point forgot where I was I was that relaxed. Ruth is great she will tailor the massage or oils to your needs which is great! I have booked a membership to have 6 sessions due to this ❤️☺️
