Had two treatments today, reflexology and a black diamond facial. Both were carried out by Shabana, amazing does not come close to describing the treatments and experience. I’ve had black diamond facials before, not just a facial it is the most relaxing experience, this is definitely down to Shabana’s exceptional skills. Never had reflexology didn’t really know what to expect. Will definitely be having more. If you’re thinking of booking a treatment - don’t hesitate just book you will not be disappointed. You’ll come away feeling chilled and energised in equal measure.

Gillian is a gem. Her wee room is an oasis of calm and she has such a calm, nurturing nature. Manique is a lovely inviting space and I look forward to visiting other practitioners. I went for reflexology and it was a dream. I will be back and would wholeheartedly recommend her.

I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. The cupping and massage was brilliant - it's probably better than other ones that I've been to in Glasgow. Even though the cupping was slightly uncomfortable (only bcoz I was so tense) I feel the benefits of it already! Definitely be coming back ! Xx
