Had two treatments today, reflexology and a black diamond facial. Both were carried out by Shabana, amazing does not come close to describing the treatments and experience. I’ve had black diamond facials before, not just a facial it is the most relaxing experience, this is definitely down to Shabana’s exceptional skills. Never had reflexology didn’t really know what to expect. Will definitely be having more. If you’re thinking of booking a treatment - don’t hesitate just book you will not be disappointed. You’ll come away feeling chilled and energised in equal measure.

The therapist was very good explaining the process to.me, checking if I would be ok with brief meditation to begin and explaining the purpose of this. I thought the set up of the space to be exceptionally professional and the environment v much helped me to relax. I almost immediately felt relief from the head massage manipulation, clearing / draining my sinuses. I slept very deeply for 15 hr afterwards and I am conscious of my need to rest for the next few days. I will definitely book this again regularly

Excellent experience at Sherys. I have been to a few places to get builder gel and the difference is time spent, quality etc at Sherys is amazing in comparison!

First time visit today and can honestly say it wont be my last. Made to feel very comfortable, room was lovely & clean and so cosy. I have a calf injury at the minute and everything was done to ensure my comfort during treatment. Just felt at complete ease from the start. First time getting reflexology and I loved it, had a 90 minute pamper so also had a facial which was amazing. Came out with a spring in my step great way to start the day with some self care.

I had cupping and reflexology today and it was such a lovely treatment. Meral made me feel so looked after and welcomed, and paid attention to little details throughout the treatment. I feel so relaxed and refreshed

I really enjoyed my massage and the use of a hot towel. I am really happy with the reflexology as well. Moilla is very friendly, gives good advice and doesn't rush with the treatments.

Spent a. wonderful 90 minutes with Moila. Had neck, shoulder and back massage, then Indian head massage ending with reflexology. All excellent. Will be returning on a regular basis.
