This cold weather has been playing up my 2 year old ankle injury. Struggling to walk more that 2k steps a day. Great foot reflexology session yesterday and so far I'm on 8600 steps. Bit of sunshine and foot reflexology is doing wonders.

Absolutely heavenly reflexology treatment - left feeling like I was walking on clouds. Camille is such a beautiful soul, I felt completely at ease, room and bed very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

I’m delighted to have found an experienced and brilliant masseuse in Cardiff! I went for the hot stone upper body massage with dry cupping after having a baby and Holly was very considerate of my circumstances and listened attentively to what I needed. The massage was AMAZING and exactly what I needed for my postpartum recovery. I will be returning again’!

I had a massage and reflexology session that left me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. Susan was professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my needs and tailor the session accordingly. I walked out feeling lighter, more balanced, and completely refreshed.
