Amazing! Went here for the first time, for my first ever full pedicure. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Melissa was lovely to chat to and did my nails so nicely. She was very gentle and I'm happy with the result. Sammy did my massage and she was incredible. I asked for soft pressure and she delivered! I almost fell asleep in the chair, which I did not expect. I left feeling pampered and relaxed. I find when going to salons, the experience feels impersonal and you're "just another client," but here I felt comfortable and the experience felt personalised. I'll definitely be back!

Charné is the best! She has been helping me with my skin journey for a few months now and I love my monthly facials with her- I love that we have a plan of action and she recommends products only when I ask, so I don’t feel like she’s just trying to sell me things I don’t need. Oh wow guys. When I say heaven, please know I am not overexaggerating. I had my nails, intimate wax and a facial done and with every treatment, Ilhaam makes you feel comfortable and valued. I am always happy whenever I have any treatment with Ilhaam because she really takes care of her clients. I am her sister but she does not cut corners just because I am her sister.
