Rachel has such an amazing way about her. She always makes you feel so comfortable. This was my first wax in a long time and I was Nervous. Jo is amazing at what she does and is so, so kind and lovely to chat to. I’ve been with her for waxing, nails and tan with some appts being 3 hours long and there’s never been a quiet moment without us chatting and laughing away.
