Rachel has such an amazing way about her. She always makes you feel so comfortable. This was my first wax in a long time and I was Nervous. Jo is amazing at what she does and is so, so kind and lovely to chat to. I’ve been with her for waxing, nails and tan with some appts being 3 hours long and there’s never been a quiet moment without us chatting and laughing away. Such a lovely experience and you come away feeling proper looked after. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommended! Xx

I had a great massage experience with Lorraine today, she made me feel at ease from the start. The heated bed was a nice touch, the room smelled amazing with calming scents and beautiful decor. The pressure was just right - relaxing but still worked out all the knots perfectly. I left feeling refreshed and tension free. Highly recommend!

Had thee most amazing experience yesterday with ainsley who did a delux pedicure lash lift and tint eyebrow wax and tint and an amazing back neck and shoulder massage ainsley was absolutely lovely and talked me through everything I don't get treatments done often at all she made me feel so at ease did all her research as I'm on a few medication and gave me great aftercare advice definitely 5 star experience and can't wait to go back absolutely love my lashes and eyebrows first time getting anything done to my lashes and theve turned out amazing can't thank u enough again ainsley ❤️
