My massage therapist, Cikizwa, is a true expert — she made me feel at ease, communicated clearly, and intuitively worked out every knot and tension. We had such a warm, enjoyable conversation too. I’ve had both the Swedish and deep tissue massages here, both were incredible. Highly recommend visiting for a truly relaxing, rejuvenating experience. I’ll be back! I had the most wonderful experience at Sublime! It was my first visit, and everything exceeded my expectations. Lauren was absolutely amazing, so warm, engaging, and easy to talk to. We had such lovely conversations that made the whole experience feel even more peaceful. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming as well, which set the tone from the moment I walked in. Very professional service. I felt a bit nauseous and hot during my treatment and my therapist was so helpful and accommodating. I even got a quick blow dry afterwards even though I was doing my own hair. I absolutely loved the experience and will definitely book it again as soon as my pregnancy is over.

First time getting a Hollywood wax and I was really nervous, but the experience was much better than I expected. It was a bit painful at times, but the therapist; Lauren K Kincaid made me feel very comfortable and explained everything throughout. The results were super smooth and clean, definitely worth it. I might be in love. I booked for myself and the kid and we had a pedicure with a very relaxing paraffin dip and full body massages with hot stone treatment and I am sure I will be back sooner than soon. These ladies are amazing and tentative to the clients needs.

It was a great treat. Lauren is warm and friendly and very professional.
