I’ve been getting monthly massages for the past few years and this was definitely in the top three massages I’ve ever gotten. The holistic massage was the perfect amount of pressure and they covered the entire body. I loved the inclusion of hot stones and scents. The space itself was the most unique spa I’ve ever been to. It’s in this beautiful cave-like room that gives the service a very grounded and magical energy. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great and memorable service!!

A hidden gem. I got a lovely massage and facial, both of which were 10/10 services. The facilities were great, small rooms with A/C. Staff was really friendly and warm. Would come back again.

This is a terrific spa. Ricardo was awesome as always. I have referred family and several friends, and to be honest, all the masseuses are outstanding. You can’t go wrong. Unfortunately, I’m leaving to go back to the states tomorrow and I am sincerely going to miss Quinto. I look forward to coming back next April!

The Fire Ritual at Quinto Elemento Spa was absolutely unforgettable. The entire 2.5-hour experience was deeply relaxing and soul-nourishing. It began with a beautiful meditation and soul awakening session, followed by time in the steam room that left us feeling completely renewed. I had a 90 minute relaxing massage with Bersabee. It was amazing. I highly recommend this spa and their services. This is my second visit and I plan on coming back soon.

This is a great spa, comfortable and clean. I was thrilled to discover it because it’s only a kilometer from my condo. Ricardo gave me my 90-minute massage and he did a great job, especially working on my problem areas: neck, shoulders and back. The price for the service is very good. I appreciated the tea afterwards and the little tart. It was nice to just relax for a minute before leaving . I’m looking forward to going back. I’m also going to check out their gel nails and pedicures. I haven’t been able to find anybody in Tulum yet, so once I try that service, I’ll update this review.

Mi cita con Flor era MARAVILLOSA! Eso fue literalmente el mejor masaje de pies he tenido, mejor pedicure. Perfection. Soy muy sensible y la vdd no me gusta el proceso de manicure/pedicure pero me gusta tener las uñas con gel y bueno, si podría dejar 20 estrellas lo haré! Fue un placer por todos lados, está muy bonito el lugar, una energía muy linda. Ya hice mi próxima cita por un masaje con Flor. Muchas gracias!

I go to this spa consistently when I am here in Tulum. I like the atmosphere and all the therapists are excellent. You really can’t go wrong. Today, I saw Bersabee and she was terrific as usual.

Oh my god, SO good. Ivania was so lovely. I went for the Ritual Tierra Individual while on my first trip to Tulum and I will be telling everyone at home about this. My spa pedicure with Bersabee was perfect. She was so careful and thorough with cleaning and massaging my feet; they looked and felt amazing afterwards. She also did a beautiful job painting them. A lovely, relaxing experience overall!
