I’ve been getting monthly massages for the past few years and this was definitely in the top three massages I’ve ever gotten. The holistic massage was the perfect amount of pressure and they covered the entire body. I loved the inclusion of hot stones and scents. The space itself was the most unique spa I’ve ever been to. It’s in this beautiful cave-like room that gives the service a very grounded and magical energy. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great and memorable service!!

A hidden gem. I got a lovely massage and facial, both of which were 10/10 services. The facilities were great, small rooms with A/C. Staff was really friendly and warm. Would come back again.

The Fire Ritual at Quinto Elemento Spa was absolutely unforgettable. The entire 2.5-hour experience was deeply relaxing and soul-nourishing. It began with a beautiful meditation and soul awakening session, followed by time in the steam room that left us feeling completely renewed. Oh my god, SO good. Ivania was so lovely. I went for the Ritual Tierra Individual while on my first trip to Tulum and I will be telling everyone at home about this. I am also a massage therapist and take great joy in experiencing other spas during my travels. I wish I could work at this one! Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Loved my massage and facial! Bersabee did an amazing job. Perfect amount of pressure and she has such a calm, tranquil presence. I was so relaxed I fell asleep! They offered tea afterwards, which was lovely. The spa is beautiful, too and everyone was really kind.

This is a great spa, comfortable and clean. I was thrilled to discover it because it’s only a kilometer from my condo. Ricardo gave me my 90-minute massage and he did a great job, especially working on my problem areas: neck, shoulders and back. The price for the service is very good. I appreciated the tea afterwards and the little tart. It was nice to just relax for a minute before leaving . I’m looking forward to going back. I’m also going to check out their gel nails and pedicures. I haven’t been able to find anybody in Tulum yet, so once I try that service, I’ll update this review.

This is a terrific spa. Ricardo was awesome as always. I have referred family and several friends, and to be honest, all the masseuses are outstanding. You can’t go wrong. Unfortunately, I’m leaving to go back to the states tomorrow and I am sincerely going to miss Quinto. I look forward to coming back next April!

I go to this spa consistently when I am here in Tulum. I like the atmosphere and all the therapists are excellent. You really can’t go wrong. Today, I saw Bersabee and she was terrific as usual.

The massage room is too close to the reception or at least the noise from there carries.

The experience was amazing, the space in which we received the massage was so calming! The pressure of the massage was just perfect & included the hot stones with a face hydration mask. Definitely recommend this place. Gracias xox
