Had a lovely couples massage followed by some delicious tea and to our surprise a sauna experience. It was such a relaxing and lovely day, especially for my husband who doesn't typically do these type of things. He said he'd come back :) which is a very big compliment. I had an amazing experience at Roukh Thai Wellness in Prestwich. Nora is highly skilled and very professional. She gave one of the best deep tissue and hot stone massages I’ve had in Manchester. Her technique and understanding of muscle tension and pressure points were excellent. The deep tissue, hot stones, and stretching helped release tightness in my back and shoulders. The place is clean, calm, and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter. Highly recommend Nora.

I regularly go for massages and have already had around five sessions, but today’s hot stone massage was on a whole different level. It was absolutely amazing — incredibly relaxing, calming, and deeply relieving. The warmth of the stones combined with the technique helped me fully switch off and release all the tension. First visit to find a clean, warm and welcoming space. Very relaxing treatment room. I booked in for an hour of deep tissue massage and received a wonderful combination of Thai, Balinese, deep tissue and hot stones from Rosie who adapted the technique dependent on what my body needed in different areas. She also used a warm Thai balm which felt sumptuous. It’s the most relaxed and tension free I have felt in months. Finished off with a foot spa and a cup of tea. Wonderful. I will be back, thank you.
