My first visit and will definitely be coming back. Lin was excellent and knowledgeable, with the right amount of pressure to get the knots out. Stretching out my limbs and shoulders to aid flexibility was also very welcome. Very relaxed as well. Looking forward to my next visit.

Lily was incredible!! She instantly made me feel comfortable and was so professional. As my first massage I didn’t know what to expect but I now know I will make this a regular thing! Today I had a back massage, it was great. Cathie takes time to speak with me and always checks how my week has gone. Amazing massage, she goes deep into the tissues and releases all tension. It was exactly what I needed.

Claire is brilliant really knowledgable in how best to target problem areas and specific areas that needs attention.

First time in a while my lower back has felt better 😊

Today was my first PT session. I left feeling so happy. Luke is an amazing trainer and makes the hour go by so quickly. A personal plan was made for my requirements. It was really interesting to see Luke putting a plan together. I'm going back next week. Thoroughly recommend.
