Absolutely amazing. I didn't book a deep tissue massage but Lily quickly noticed that is what I needed. She worked on my very tight neck and back muscles and did an amazing job. Even though it was uncomfortable, I feel so much better for it.

This was my first visit to Alak and it was a lovely experience from start to end. Booking was so simple, I received a warm welcome and cup of tea upon arrival and Tia was just lovely. Conversation flowed easily and before I knew it 45 minutes had flown by and my nails were perfect.

Absolutely amazing, it was the first time since injuring my shoulder that I have actually relaxed. All the work on my back was more like a deep tissue massage which is what it needed and then the rest of the massage was just relaxing. Pretty sure I fell asleep a couple of times.
