The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. Absolutely fabulous facial and massage. So relaxing I even fell asleep.

I can highly recommend the 'winter warmer' treatment. After a wonderful and relaxing hot stone back massage, I had a brilliant facial, which has left my skin feeling beautifully soft! Beth is very friendly and her calming nature put me at ease straight away. I shall definitely return for other treatments!

Fantastic TMJ treatment for my tight jaw. This included neck, upper back, chest, scalp and jaw massage as well as soft tissue release of the jaw muscles inside the mouth. I was able to open my mouth wider at the end of the hour's session! See you next week.

A really wonderful Winter warmer with Amy. The massage was at just the right amount of pressure for me, the facial and head massage were very relaxing and the hand warmers were a treat until I felt my hands were too hot. Sorry Amy for making you jump!
