Omg! That has got to be the BEST back massage and facial ive had to date (ive had many). For me, its not just about the great quality of the products used but its how comfortable i felt during my visit. Charnel was warm and friendly and chatted with me at times when i wanted a chin wag. She explained what products she was using and the benefits of them. A great touch was the heated blanket i was laid on, it was so cosy, yes, i fell asleep. Im so excited for my next visit! Thank you for being so welcoming & i love your new shop! Gorgeous!

The best wax and experience I’ve ever had having a Hollywood wax. I’ve just had a baby and felt really conscious however I was made to feel so at ease and almost forgot I was being waxed at one point! The attention to detail was amazing and I will 100% be back in 4 weeks time, No wax is completely pain free but this was the least pain I’ve ever felt!! Such a hidden gem and I’ll be visiting for more treatments , thank you so much

The experience was brilliant from start to finish. A warm welcome alongside being very informative with what was going to happen, what to expect and aftercare advice due to being a first time. I would recommend Vicky to anyone she was lovely and very good at what she did! 10/10.
