My daughter said her experience at the spa was amazing. We were greeted with warm smiles and the staff was very nice. The environment was pleasant and soothing. Ihad such a wonderful experience at this salon I went in to get a facial wax and my toenails done, and from start to finish the service was amazing. The staff were incredibly gentle and attentive, which made the waxing process much more comfortable than I expected. They also took the time to share a lot of helpful information about skincare, explaining what products and routines would work best for my skin. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient they were. The entire experience felt very professional and well-organized, and the environment was clean and relaxing. I’ll def be back.

My massage was amazing! All of the staff were friendly and offered great customer service. My masseuse applied the right amount of pressure and worked out so many knots I had in my neck and back area.

Clean, tranquil, and relaxing. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I had a full body Swedish massage. The therapist paid attention to my areas that needed the most attention. She was intentional, paid attention to detail, and gave my body an overall reset. I’m more than satisfied with my treatment I’ll definitely be back. 10/10

I really did enjoy my first visit at luxx med spa. Gabrielle did a wonderful job of making me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The environment was very fulfilling and satisfying. Today was my 1st time at Karma Spa and it definitely wouldn't be my last. The treatment with Nakisha was amazing and refreshing. The pressure applied to my neck, shoulders and back was good and no discomfort was experienced. The pedicure was good as well and my feet are soft and smooth. Keep up the good work Nakisha.
