From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. The shop is so tidy, clean & pleasant looking. The massage room temperature, lighting was perfect & the decor was so beautiful, the table & cover so comfortable & warm. As for the massage itself, Kristen didn't miss 1 spot on my whole body (except privates ofcourse 🤭) her style was so relaxing, rhythmic & calming. She ensured she was applying just enough pressure by asking me to let her know if too firm or too soft. Plenty of hot towels used every step of the way too. At the end she offered me glass of water. & there's a loyalty card.

Just had a 30 min hot some back neck and shoulder massage with lathleen and I got to say it was pure bliss, def was worth it and my tension lessened when I left the salon. Thank u Kathleen x

I loved the facial it was very hydrating and saw the instant glow! However if there was a bit more peace and quiet then it would be 100% . But I felt amazing and will come back!

Had Kathleen today for my massage. She was very courteous & welcoming. She undid load of knots in my traps & upper back area & got to every part of my body in only 1 hour. Felt so relaxed afterwards. Thanks so much Kat! 😊 highly recommend! 👍👌
