I booked the treatment to relax after a stressful few weeks, but she quickly identified areas of tension I wasn't even aware of and adapted the treatment accordingly. It was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing and understood what my body needed. The treatment was professional, thorough and genuinely effective. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed and much better than when I arrived. Thank you, Ms Kay. I will definitely be back.

This was honestly the best massage I've had in a long time and definitely the best in Cheltenham. A hidden gem I hadn't heard about. I was sent this voucher as a birthday gift and it was absolutely amazing. A calm waiting area, lovely and welcoming staff, decently priced, easy to get to and the staff really know what theyre doing. I get massages often and this was a really high quality, relaxing and invigorating session. Kay was my masseuse and she made the effort to work on areas that were sore and get the knots out of my shoulders and feet. Wow. I'll be returning and recommend this place!

Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

5 stars because I can’t give 10! I had a Traditional combination Thai massage yesterday with my wife as a birthday treat. Silver spa were absolutely incredible and couldn’t do enough for us. The massage was nothing short of sublime! We were then given rose tea and told to relax in the relaxation area, only to be greeted again by the therapists holding ice cream for us both and singing happy birthday. We left very relaxed and felt as though we had been treated like royalty for the 90 minutes we were there. Thank you so much Silver Spa, we will definitely be back!!

My foot massage was amazing. It felt so good. The pressure was firm but the therapist checked if that was ok. The whole experience was so relaxing. Lovely staff, they fitted me in early, nice room and they have air con! Would definitely recommend

My partner and I had an amazing experience at the Silver Spa on Saturday. Both Sam and Ying are two very skilled massage therapists, my partner and I felt amazing after our massages. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing and all staff at the venue were very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely book again next time we visit Cheltenham.

From the changing rooms to the lovely clean scent of the towels - everything was on point ! Enjoyed the whole experience. Hubby & I got the one hour traditional Thai massage after hiking the Cotswolds for 7 days. Massage really helped our sore muscles. Highly recommend!
