10/10 massage from Sophie today, she really knows her stuff! During a pre-assessment, Sophie identified several areas that needed attention and established a course of treatment. She was extremely knowledgeable when answering my questions and even suggested some exercises to target my weaker muscles. Sophie was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. She was able to release tension in areas I didn't even realise were tense. I left feeling extremely relaxed, pain-free, and satisfied with my treatment! Will definitely be back soon.

I had lymphatic drainage with Sophie done to try and help with bloating and bowel issues. Sophie was great and explained everything throughout what and why she was targeting areas. Always great to see Sophie and see how knowledgeable she is when she is doing treatments.

Fantastic sports massage with Chris. I make a point of having a sports massage every month for maintenance, Chris is amazing and gets the knots out of my legs, of which there are always plenty. Highly recommend both for maintenance and injury/problems

Great pt, lots of different tests tonight to work with my hand eye coordination as well as flexibility. Chris has a great way about him , can really break down things and help you to understand as well as makes it possible to do... juggling for example lol. Cannot rate Chris high enough, he's a fantastic coach and pt 5* 👏
