Unbelievable experience. A beautifully designed spa with very courteous and friendly staff. I enjoyed a session in the Salt Cave followed by a Swedish massage. Both thoroughly relaxing treatments. So much so I almost left my shoes at the spa! I made it to my car before realizing I hadn’t returned their flip flops. In addition to the professional and friendly customer service the staff were nice enough to invite me to join them for a glass of wine at their staff barbecue. Truly incredible spa employed by very kind and lovely people. Can’t recommend it enough and look forward to my next visit

Tiffany and Maya were absolutely fantastic. Very welcoming and made the whole experience very relaxing. We did the swedish massage, salt float and then the salt cave. Couldn't ask for a better day!

This was our first visit. My daughter and I had a very relaxing time. Your spa is beautiful and someone has a keen eye for detail!. Our experience would have been even better if we could choose the order of services (but also understand why/how this would be difficult). We would have preferred to visit the cave first then the relaxing massage, not the other way around. Only because the cave is cool and we tensed up a bit after having the wonderful swedish massage. Well done everyone! We will be back!!

I had the Zen Headspa Ritual with Facial & Foot Massage today at The Healing Salt Cave and it was honestly one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve ever had. The aesthetician explained every step of the service so there were no surprises. The pressure throughout the scalp massage, facial, and foot treatment was absolutely perfect. The head spa treatment itself was amazing, the scalp massage, steam, hair mask, and shampoo felt so luxurious, and my hair feels unbelievably soft and refreshed afterward. The facial left my skin glowing. The entire experience was a 10/10 .

We loved everything but the salt bath. My husband wears hearing aids and water gets into his ears so he couldnt do it at all whereas I found it difficult to stay afloat.

I recently had the head spa experience at Healing Salt Cave and it was truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and peaceful—it felt like an instant reset. Brittany was very warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable and relaxed every step of the way. The head spa itself was incredibly relaxing. Every step felt intentional and soothing, and I could literally feel the stress melting away. I can’t wait to come back!

We celebrated my husband's birthday here in Salt Cave in Niagara Falls. We had 3 treatments and all 3 were great! Time in Cave was soothing and very relaxing. Noticeable easy breathing! Hot salt bath with borowina mud was just awesome. I am familiar with it as I was taking borowina mud wraps back in Poland. I am very happy that I was able to find borowina here. And than lovely Swedish massage. Britney and Maja took very good care of us. Thank you all for great time 💓
