I love this place.It is the best invention ever.The salt cave it's so amazing.I need one that suffers with any kind of sinus problems or headaches or congestion.Oh, this is the place for you.The people there are so friendly and so caring... You are treated like family and home while you're there.One day, I will get to the other things that they offer.But when I think about the niagara salt cave, I think about the salt cave... It is for sure a must if you're in the niagara falls.Area or hamilton area as they have a location there too

Unbelievable experience. A beautifully designed spa with very courteous and friendly staff. I enjoyed a session in the Salt Cave followed by a Swedish massage. Both thoroughly relaxing treatments. So much so I almost left my shoes at the spa! I made it to my car before realizing I hadn’t returned their flip flops. In addition to the professional and friendly customer service the staff were nice enough to invite me to join them for a glass of wine at their staff barbecue. Truly incredible spa employed by very kind and lovely people. Can’t recommend it enough and look forward to my next visit

Anthony is very thorough and intelligent with his massage skills. This is a total spa experience with superior knowledge of the RMT profession and how it should and will personally benefit you. The website booking portal is easy to use and overall Anthony is one of the best RMTs around! Very reasonable pricing for this level of highly massage therapy!

This was our first visit. My daughter and I had a very relaxing time. Your spa is beautiful and someone has a keen eye for detail!. Our experience would have been even better if we could choose the order of services (but also understand why/how this would be difficult). We would have preferred to visit the cave first then the relaxing massage, not the other way around. Only because the cave is cool and we tensed up a bit after having the wonderful swedish massage. Well done everyone! We will be back!!

Very relaxed and calming environment in the salt cave. I also had a facial which was absolutely 👏 amazing with an additional add on of the hair and scalp oil massage. Just pure bliss! I will definitely be going back.

The cave is such a relaxing experience. Not my first time and certainly will not be my last. I also had the foot mud bath and exfoliation. My aesthetician was lovely and amazing at a foot massage. I look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic! We spent the whole afternoon relaxing at the NF Healing Salt Caves. Hubby and I did the Hot & Cold Circuit and finished the day off with a Couples Holistic Swedish Massage. You must try the Cold Water Bucket after the Sauna. The staff was great! We both enjoyed our experience. Thank you!

This place never disappoints! Everyone is pleasant and professional, and I’ve sampled several of their available treatments. When I leave, I feel like a million bucks. We visit every time we come to the Falls, usually twice a year. I went this morning for a cave session and a massage and I’m already thinking about next visit. 10/10

Wow, what a beautiful afternoon that is the first salt Himalayan salt K that I’ve ever been to and I am very, very impressed right from the floating Himalayan salt to the salt cave to the one hour massage with the RMT it was amazing. I would definitely be going back there. Everybody was so friendly. It was. There’s no complaints. Just wish they had conditioner for my hair after all that salt
