Where do I start….. been having work done for a few months now. Generally was a bit tight and I felt like I wasn’t standing straight. Within 3 weeks of weekly treatments and I was as l was getting pretty straight and tissue was much looser. As someone who works a physical job, train Muay Thai and do a lot of extreme sports, always been active and never thought I was too tight as such but what a difference. My day to day life seems much easier. Alisha is a star and a pleasure to talk to so I always look forward to going in for work and that makes the process easier. Cannot recommend enough!!

I have been visiting Alisha for quite a while now, and every session has been spot on, I train Muay Thai witch is quite taxing on your body, I struggled quite abit with my flexibility/ mobility, and already I am starting to see the benefits from deep tissue massage in such a short amount of time!
