After so many changes which were services being degraded and prices staying the same, to a Spa in a hotel in West Kelowna,.. I decide to change my pedicures to Namaste. Where I do my facials. WoW!!! If you. Value cleanliness, sterilized instruments and great personalized care in a private room, with a sterile as it should be stainless steel bowl- Well I promise you this is the place to go! Always my first stop in Kelowna. I like that I can go see her with a specific request and she will be honest about how my hair would do, or if I feel indecisive I can give her creative freedom and I always leave feeling confident. I enjoyed my treatment with Emma very much. She was very responsive to my needs and enquiries. It was a very good experience overall. The only issue was the temperature in the treatment room. It was cold and we couldn't get the heat turned up. It was hard to enjoy the massage when it was too cold.
