I was lucky to nab a last minute appointment, which I'm so glad I booked impulsively! My massage was with Lizzie today (IHM & back) and I'm currently sat in the car feeling wonderful. It's definitely given me the awareness of where I'm storing tension in my body, blew me away when she pressed on a trigger point just how far the tension radiated across my back, and I had no idea how tight I was and how much I must be compensating as a result. Lizzie clearly knows her stuff and has such a kind nature, it's obvious she loves what she does. Highly recommend ✨

I had the Hot Lava Shell Full Body Massage and Indian Head Massage with Michelle, and it was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. Michelle was so welcoming, approachable, and professional from start to finish.
