Jackie is a wonderfully warm and kind person, as well as putting me at my ease from the first visit, she equally reassures me that she knows her craft as she explains everything that is happening with a little more background information on the gut and bowel and ways to increase bowel health. I could talk to her for hours on a whole host of subjects to be fair. I think having never had this treatment before, it's by far less scary because of her lovely and laid back approach. I will absolutely be going back for future treatments and would highly recommend Jackie ❤️ it's 5 ⭐ from me xx

I went to Louise for a full body massage, recommended by a friend. The therapy room was warm, comfortable and so calming. Louise ensured she knew any areas of concern for me. The massage itself was incredible. It was the most relaxed I had felt in a very long time, I felt so pampered and the session was made whole being given a hot cup of tea to take away too. Brilliant, so gentle and kind, listens and always knows what I need, even mentally whether we talk through a treatment or she lets me be at peace in silence. And I always benefit physically during and after. Most relaxing place, and the heated blanket and duvet is the icing on the cake!

Such a lovey relaxing massage. Such a cosy room, warm and the bed was so comfortable. Heated blanket just topped it off for me, it was just what I needed in the dark and wet January. Louise made me feel like I was floating once she was finished. Great experience and will definitely be making another appointment.
