I had a hydra facial today with Megann. What a great experience I had at the collective. It is a beautiful, spacious and fresh salon. Megann was fantastic. This was my first facial and Megann explained every step to me before and as we went along. She was so friendly and made me feel at ease during the treatment. I will definitely be back for more treatments very soon.

This was my first experience of Reiki. Charlene took time to explain about chakras and I indulged with a heated eye mask and collagen gloves. I had a headache. This was so relaxing and I felt my headache disappearing.. my energy levels were completely different and I was able to switch off completely. It really is quite an experience which I highly recommend. Indeed Charlene overran. A final soothing hand massage was a treat. Go on treat yourself. One of the best things u have ever done. Thank you so much.

Chloe was spot on in creating the look I wanted. She really listened to what I was looking for and talked me through what we could do to get the desired result. She didn't take too much off the length either, something I always worry about when I go to a hairdresser! I'll be booking back in with Chloe next time!

Had the back facial with Megann. I have struggled with acne on my back for years and thought it was great to be offered a facial treatment for acne on the back as well as the face! The acne on my back is something I can be a bit self-conscious about but Megann helped me to feel relaxed and comfortable. She really enjoys the job (including dealing with spots!) and so that helped to take away any self-conscious feelings I had about it and made it an easy going relaxing experience. Would recommend :)

No pain no gain-take pictures each time you get a session so you see the results -don’t get tattoo’s when your drunk ok—the worst experience today was going back to my car and I had a £100 parking ticket-I thought parking on a Sunday was free@I was wrong”—you will deffo see results in the first session-your ink will be brought to the surface”look darker”so your next session will dissipate easier—remember to let me know when your premises change to morningsude ok—that’s where there gonna move to guys ok!—do I get a free session for this review !
