This was my first experience of Reiki. Charlene took time to explain about chakras and I indulged with a heated eye mask and collagen gloves. I had a headache. This was so relaxing and I felt my headache disappearing.. my energy levels were completely different and I was able to switch off completely. It really is quite an experience which I highly recommend. Indeed Charlene overran. A final soothing hand massage was a treat. Go on treat yourself. One of the best things u have ever done. Thank you so much.

Nails look great. I have to say though, with all the renovations you're doing, would you consider a comfy chair for pedicures? I managed to sit on that bench yesterday for my gel toenails, but I no longer book full pedicures because it's just not comfortable or relaxing.

As Charlene on maternity leave I had an appointment with Omira. Before I got inside she kindly offered a glass of water. It was very hot so very gratefully received. Felt like a welcomed customer. Easy to chat to and felt so much better after my appointment.

This was my first time getting a treatment with Adele and she made me feel at ease straight away. I was really nervous about getting my first brow lamination but Adele reassured me explained the full process. Couldn’t recommend Permanent Perfection highly enough xxx

Lana was so accommodating and does an amazing job! She fully explained what she was doing and made sure i was okay and comfortable. 10/10 recommend her x

Just had HD brows and lash tint and lift with Sophie and incredibly happy with the results. She explained the full process as we went along and made sure I was happy throughout. Will definitely be back.
